Return & Refund Policy for customers in the United Kingdom

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

A. Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (WobbleWink, Attilastraße 13, 93093 Donaustauf, Germany, E-mail: wobblewink.info@gmail.com, Phone number: +491774612395) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (via email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return Process

a) Reach out to our customer support (wobblewink.info@gmail.com) to request a return.

b) Provide the order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return (optional).

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exchange

You can exchange your orders within 14 days of receiving your order. Toys for exchange must be in good condition for the exchange request to be approved.

Please contact our customer support (wobblewink.info@gmail.com) to initiate the exchange process while providing the name of the item you would like to exchange and the variant you would like.

The cost of return and shipping the exchanged item are at the customer's expense.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 to 48 hours of placing an order (before it is shipped). Contact us by email with the order number and reason for cancellation. 

Damage or Incorrect Product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong/incorrect product. We will bear the cost of return and resolve the issue.

Change of mind

Have you changed your mind about an ordered product? You’ll need to return it in its original, unused condition and within 14 days of receipt. Only products in good condition are eligible for return.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

B) Refund Policy

We will process the refund within 7 business days, and we will use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the toys back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is earlier.
